Domaine Louis Latour 1991 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 3x75cl

Chardonnay from the iconic Grand Cru vineyard and appellation of Corton-Charlemagne within the subregion of Côte-de-Beaune, Burgundy; aged for 8-10 months in 100% new oak French oak barrels from the Louis Latour cooperage. 

The Latour family have long been established in Burgundy’s wine trade. Originally vine growers in the village of Aloxe-Corton as early as 1768, they went on to establish today’s business, Maison Louis Latour. Today they are one of the best known and largest vineyard owners of grand cru sites in Burgundy.

The average age of the Corton-Charlemagne vines is approximately 50+ years. The wines are typically aged in traditional oak barrels, new oak use varies depending on the winery.

Dugat-Py 2018 Bourgogne 6x75cl

Pinot Noir from the regional appellation of Bourgogne (aka Burgundy): aged for 12-18 months in 10% new oak casks. 

The Dugat-Py estate cultivates 15 hecatres composed of 6 Grands Crus, 12 1er-Cru and different village and regional appellations.

Dom Pérignon 2004 Vintage Champagne / Jeff Koons

A limited edition 2004 vintage Champagne from Moët & Chandon's prestige brand, Dom Pérignon, made in collaboration with famed American artist, Jeff Koons. 

The design, named Balloon Venus, is Inspired by the Venus of Willendorf, a small paleolithic figurine dated to around 23,000 BC.

Dom Pérignon is only available as a vintage champagne and is only produced in exceptional years. Each vintage is made from an approximate blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay from many grapes from Grand Cru vineyards.

Domaine Darviot-Perrin 1998 Volnay-Santenots 1er-Cru 6x75cl

Pinot Noir from the highly regarded Premier Cru climat of Santenots within the classic Burgundian appellation of Volnay, in the subregion of Côte de Beaune.

The Volnay AOC was created in 1937 and is a located in the Côte de Beaune subregion of Burgundy's Côte d'Or.  The appellation applies to red wine made from Pinot Noir although up to 15% of the white wine grape Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris are permitted in the blends- although this is rarely utilised by producers. Almost 30 Premier Cru vineyards can be found within Volnay.

Giacomo Conterno is one of the greatest names in Piedmont. The winery is located in Monforte d'Alba, the Barolo and Barbera and the wines are made by traditionalist methods that are widely considered amongst the finest produced in the Barolo zone.

Barolo, often referred to as the “king of wines”,  must always be made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes-, and matured for a minimum period of 38 months, 18 of which must be in oak barrels - (traditionally in large Slavonian oak casks).

Barolo wine comes from a traditional village of the same name located in the northern region of Piemonte. It is so revered that it was one of just three wines awarded DOCG status on the same day that the classification was introduced in July 1980. The region encompasses 11 villages in the heart of Piemonte, Most of the estates are small and family-owned, therefore production of wines from the Barolo DOCG is low.

Domaine Jean Grivot is amongst the great names in Burgundian wine with a long history in Vosne-Romanée, dating back to the end of the 18th century.

The renowned Vosne-Romanée appellation is located in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits and famed for it's high quality wines made from Pinot Noir. Though most wines produced are 100% Pinot Noir, regulations allow for the addition of up to 15% of the white wine grapes Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris to be included, however this is rarely utilised by producers. Originally called Vosne until 1866 when Romanée was added paying homage to it's most famed vineyard- La Romanée. The area is also home to other prized Premier and Grand Cru vineyards: Romanée-Conti, La Grand Rue, La Tâche, Richebourg and Romanée-Saint-Vivant.

Dow's 1985 Vintage Port 4x75cl

1985 vintage Port from the house of Dow's. Bottled in 1987.

Vintage Port is produced only in the most exceptional deemed years from a single harvest. The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2-3 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character. Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades. The decision to declare a vintage is made by the individual Port house. 

One of the great houses of Port- the name Dow has been associated with quality Port wine from the vineyards of the Upper Douro Valley for over two centuries.

Grenache dominant blend (80%) from the village of Rasteau in the southern Rhône Valley regional appellation of Côtes-du-Rhône Villages.

Domaine Arlaud 2007 Charmes-Chambertin Grand-Cru 

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian Grand Cru vineyard and appellation of Charmes-Chambertin within the greater commune of Gevrey-Chambertin.

The renowned Charmes-Chambertin Grand-Cru vineyard and appellation is located the Southern part of Gevrey-Chambertin within the Côte de Nuits subregion of Burgundy and can produce some of the world's most iconic wines. The appellation is permitted to produce only red wine from Pinot Noir grapes, although regulations allow up to 15% of the white wine grapes; Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc to be blended into the red wine, however this is rarley practised. 

Graham's Finest Reserve 1960 Vintage Port

Domaines Ott 'Étoile' Rosé 2020 Vin de France 3x75cl

Rosé made from a 80% Grenache with Mourvèdre grapes from the national French classification of Vin de France.

Vin de France (formerly Vin de Table prior to 2009) is the national French appellation in which the producer is not required to comply with appellation laws and traditional regional constraints. The winemaker has the freedom to create their wines from anywhere in France from different regions, vintages and from unsanctioned grape varieties or blends. The acclaimed Domaine Robert Arnoux was established in 1858. Today, it is run by Charles Lachaux who represents the family's sixth generation. From the 2007 vintage, the wines from this Domaine have been labelled under the name Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux.
