Giuseppe Mascarello & Figlio Monprivato 2018 Barolo

From the single vineyard of Monprivato in the village of Castiglione Falletto and bottled after six years of ageing including 30 months in Slovonian oak barrels.

Barolo, often referred to as the “king of wines”,  must always be made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes-, and matured for a minimum period of 38 months, 18 of which must be in oak barrels - (traditionally in large Slavonian oak casks).

Barolo wine comes from a traditional village of the same name located in the northern region of Piemonte. It is so revered that it was one of just three wines awarded DOCG status on the same day that the classification was introduced in July 1980. The region encompasses 11 villages in the heart of Piemonte, Most of the estates are small and family-owned, therefore production of wines from the Barolo DOCG is low.

100% Dolcetto from from the town of Alba in the Piedmont region of northwestern Italy.

Dolcetto is a red wine grape variety native to and widely grown in the Piedmont region known for its low acidity and soft fruit flavours. 

Renaudin Bollinger Extra Quality Very Dry 1928 Vintage Champagne

An incredibly old 1928 vintage Champagne from the House of Renaudin Bollinger, known today by the name Bollinger

Founded in 1829 initially under the name Renaudin Bollinger & Cie, Bollinger is one of the last independent Champagne houses. The house continues to be run by members of the Bollinger family to this day. The House’s 178 hectares are planted with 85% of Grand Cru and Premier Cru vines, the majority of which are Pinot Noir which is dominant in their wines.

Gosset 'Celebris' Extra Brut 1998 Vintage Champagne

1998 vintage extra brut Champagne from the House of Gosset.

The famed Champagne Wine Region located in the northeast of France is renowned for producing the world's most celebrated sparkling wine. Champagne is typically made from one or a combination of the three predominant grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, although there are four other lesser-known grape varieties that are permitted to be included: Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Petit Meslier and Arbane.

R. López de Heredia 'Tondonia' 1998 Rioja Reserva

Tempranillo dominant red wine from the famed Rioja region in northern Spain; Classified as a Reserva, this wine was matured for a minimum period of 36 months including 12 months in oak barrels.

Established by Don Rafael López de Heredia in 1877, R. López de Heredia (Viña Tondonia) is one of the most well known and respected wineries in Rioja today. It is the oldest winery in the emblematic town of Haro and one of the first three set up in La Rioja. It continues to be a family run estate with the fourth generation now running the business. 

Rioja is arguably Spain's top wine region and is one of only two regions classified under the Denominación de Origen Calificada (DOCa) system. Other than Tempranillo and Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo (Carignan) are also used in the red wines of Rioja. 

Giacomo Damilano 'La Morra' 1975 Barolo 3x75cl

This wine comes from the large single vineyard of La Morra.

This 2013 vintage is made from a blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Cabernet Franc and 20% Merlot.

Royal Tokaji 'Szt. Tamás' 5 Puttonyos 1991 Tokaji Aszú 1er-Cru 50cl

The wines of the famed Tokaji wine region of northeastern Hungary are predominantly produced from the white wine grapes Furmint, which are left on the vines until affected by the noble fungus, Botrytis Cinerea, which dehydrates the grapes to raisins, leaving only the sweet sugary pulp.

Tokaji wines are classified by sweetness, from 1 Puttonyos (dry) to 7 Puttonyos (absolute sweetness) and can be produced from the following grapes; Furmint, Hárslevelű, Yellow Muscat, Zéta (aka Oremus), Kövérszőlő and Kabar.

Szt. Tamás is a renowned First Growth (1er-Cru) vineyard sloping south-west and overlooking the Royal Tokaji winery in Mád.

Ruinart Brut Rosé NV Champagne / One-For-Two

This release is named One-For-Two and is complete with a porcelain pourer designed by Ruinart which enables the serving of two Champagne flutes at once.

G.D. Vajra Coste Di Rose 2016 Barolo

Ricasoli Castello Di Brolio 1964 Chianti Classico 3x72cl

Sangiovese dominant blend from the iconic wine-region of Chianti in the heart of Tuscany.

Chianti Classico wines must contain a minimum of 80% of Sangiovese. The remainder can be made from native grapes such as Canaiolo or Colorino, as well as international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Wines made only from Sangiovese have been permitted since 1996.

Chianti is a classic red wine from the heartland of Tuscany - one of Italy's iconic wine regions.

Many Chianti wines are made from 100% Sangiovese, however the region rules stipulate that the wines can be made from a minimum of 80% Sangiovese, with up to 20% of the final blend permitted to be constituted from a handful of other approved grape varieties such as Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah.
