Dom Perignon 'Plénitude 2' 2000 Vintage Champagne

2000 vintage Champagne from Moet & Chandon's prestige brand, Dom Perignon.

Originally named \"Oenothèque\" the series was re-branded in 2014 and renamed Plénitude. The vintages in this series will be released after extended ageing on lees.

The 2000 vintage Plénitude 2 (P2) has been maturing for almost 16 years in the Dom Perignon cellars.

Dow's 1991 Vintage Port 6x75cl

Vintage Port is a specific style of Ruby Port which is made only in exceptional years and from the ripest grapes. Domaine Duroché matures it's wines for 12 months in a small portion of new oak barrels.

The design, named Balloon Venus, is Inspired by the Venus of Willendorf, a small paleolithic figurine dated to around 23,000 BC.

Domaine Dujac 2020 Morey-St-Denis 3x75cl

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian appellation of Morey-Saint-Denis.

The renowned Domaine Dujac was established in 1967 in Morey-Saint-Denis when the Seysses family purchased Domaine Graillet and renamed it Domaine Dujac after founder, Jacques Seysses. The same family continue to run the estate to this day. In 2000, the family also created a négociant business, with wines bottled under Dujac Fils & Père.

Didier Dagueneau 'Pur Sang' 2006 Blanc Fumé de Pouilly

Sauvignon Blanc from the iconic Loire Valley appellation of Pouilly-Fumé, located directly across the river from the equally famous appellation of Sancerre.

The Pouilly-Fumé appellation was created in 1937 and was originally named Blanc Fumé de Pouilly. The appellation exclusively produces white wines from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, with a distinctive smoky ('fumé) character. Not to be confused with Burgundy's Pouilly-Fuisse which is Chardonnay based.

Fonseca 1994 Vintage Port

Vintage Port is a specific style of Ruby Port which is made only in exceptional years and from the ripest grapes. The grapes are left to achieve full ripeness before they are picked, vinified and then fortified with high-proof grape spirit.

Vintage Port spends a short time ageing in barrel – only two to three years – and is bottled, unfiltered, while still very dense and full of sediment. This is why Vintage Port's minimum bottle-ageing period is considered to be 15 years. Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades.
