Located in the Saint-Estèphe appellation, the vineyards of Château Ormes de Pez are planted to 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot - A ratio in which the wine roughly follows with slight vintage variation.
