Corvinone

Corvinone is a red grape variety primarily grown in Italy’s Veneto region. Often blended with Corvina in Valpolicella and Amarone wines, it contributes colour, tannin, and aromatic depth. Its large berries make it suitable for drying in traditional appassimento methods.
