Minho

Minho is a wine-producing region located in the northwest of Portugal, best known for its production of fresh and crisp Vinho Verde wines. The region's mild maritime climate and abundant rainfall, along with the use of local grape varieties such as Loureiro and Alvarinho, contribute to the production of wines with high acidity, citrusy aromas, and a slight effervescence.
