Bottle Details

The Scarecrow Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 is produced entirely from grapes grown in the vineyard blocks of the historic J.J. Cohn Estate in the Rutherford AVA, located within California's renowned Napa Valley.

Harvested entirely by hand from September 16 to October 9, 2013 and after a slow four-week fermentation, the wine was matured in new French Oak barrels for 22 months prior to bottling in late July 2015.

The 2013 vintage in California has been hailed as one of the greatest by winemakers, producing some exceptional and historic examples of Cabernet Sauvignon.
