Mirafiore Canelli 1953 Barolo

Barolo, often referred to as the “king of wines”,  must always be made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes-, and matured for a minimum period of 38 months, 18 of which must be in oak barrels - (traditionally in large Slavonian oak casks).

Barolo wine comes from a traditional village of the same name located in the northern region of Piemonte. It is so revered that it was one of just three wines awarded DOCG status on the same day that the classification was introduced in July 1980. The region encompasses 11 villages in the heart of Piemonte, Most of the estates are small and family-owned, therefore production of wines from the Barolo DOCG is low.

Lacrima lui Ovidiu Vin Special Licoros Murfatlar, Romania

Known as the only fortified wine in Romania, Lacrima lui Ovidiu (Ovidius’s Tears) is a unique sweet white wine made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Muscat Ottonel grapes from the Murfatlar sub-region of Romania: aged for 5 years in oak barrels. 

This wine is also produced in a red and rosé version.

La Fourcesienne 'Rare' Vin de Liqueur de Gascogne a l'Ancienne 50cl

A sweet, liqueur white wine made by mixing grapes and young Armagnac from Gascony, France. 

Midin 'Cehennem Deresi' Hells Creek 2022 Turkey

A semi-dry white wine made from 80% Bılbızeki and 20% Mazrona grapes from the Şırnak wine region of Turkey. 

Lustau En Rama Fino Sherry 50cl

Fino sherry is a very crisp and dry style, \"biologically\" aged under a crust of yeast for a distinctively tangy taste.

En Rama sherries are Fino and Manzanilla sherry which are have only the very lightest of fining prior to bottling, thereby preserving their full flor characteristics and delivering flavour profiles which are slightly different year on year.

Las Mercedes del Cabriel Bobal 2019 Utiel-Requena, Valencia

Red wine made from 100% Bobal grapes from the Utiel-Requena wine region of the larger Valencia region in eastern Spain: aged for 9 months in new French oak followed by 12 months in old oak. 

One of 2400 bottles.

Louis Bernard 2001 Lirac

From the appellation of Lirac in France's Southern Rhone valley, the red wines are blends which must contain a minimum 40% Grenache, minimum 25% Syrah and Mourvedre (together), Carignan and a maximum 10% of Cinsault.

Lindisfarne Mead England 35cl

Mead is known as the world's oldest alcoholic drink. It is a honey-wine made by fermenting honey mixed with water, and sometimes with added ingredients such as fruits, spices, grains, or hops.

This mead comes from the holy island of Lindisfarne off the coast of Northumberland in the north-east of England.
