Louis Roederer Brut Premier NV Champagne

A non-vintage Champagne from the House of Louis Roederer.

Brut Premier is made from Louis Roedere's signature blend of around 40% Pinot noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier.

Founded in 1776, the Louis Roederer Champagne house is one of the last great independent and family-run Champagne houses. 

Gigi Bianco Pora 1986 Barbaresco

Nebbiolo from the renowned Piedmont region of Italy.

DOC Barbaresco is one of the great - yet largely unsung - wines of Italy. Similar to it's more famous neighbour, Barolo; Barbaresco is made from Nebbiolo grapes and must be aged for a minimum of 26 months (at least 9 months in wooden barrels) prior to release.

Graham's 2016 Vintage Port

Graham’s, one of the most famous names in the Port trade, was established in 1820 by William and John Graham. Today Graham’s remains a family-owned firm after being acquired by the Symington family in 1970. Its flagship estate is Quinta dos Malvedos, one of the Douro's greatest vineyard properties. 

Vintage Port is a specific style of Ruby Port which is made only in exceptional years and from the ripest grapes.  The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character.  Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades.

Lustau 'Añada' 2000 Vintage Sherry 50cl

2000 vintage sweet Sherry which has been made from Palomino grapes and matured for 17 years in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks following a static, oxidative ageing. 

Sherry is exclusively produced in the region of Jerez, Spain. It is made from three traditional white wine grapes only. The Palomino grape is the most commonly used along with Moscatel and Pedro Ximenez.

Giuseppe Contratto Del Centenario 1961 Barolo Riserva

Barolo, often referred to as \"The King Of Wines\" is always made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, as a Riserva classification, this wine was matured in oak for a minimum period of 36 months- traditionally in large Slavonian oak casks.

Barolo wine comes from a traditional village of the same name located in the northern region of Piemonte. It is so revered that it was one of just three wines awarded DOCG status on the same day that the classification was introduced in July 1980. The region encompasses 11 villages in the heart of Piedmont, most of the estates are small and family-owned and so production is low.

La Rioja Alta 'Viña Arana' 1973 Rioja Gran Reserva

Tempranillo dominant red wine from the famed Rioja region in northern Spain; Classified as a Gran Reserva, this wine was matured for a minimum period of 5 years including a minimum of 24 months in oak barrels.

Established in 1890, La Rioja Alta continues to be one of the benchmarks for traditionally produced Rioja wine today. Viña Arana is a blend of 95% tempranillo and 5% mazuelo and is matured for three years in oak and two years in bottle.

Rioja is arguably Spain's top wine region and is one of only two regions classified under the Denominación de Origen Calificada (DOCa) system. Other than Tempranillo and Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo (Carignan) are also used in the red wines of Rioja. 

Viña Arana is a blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Mazuelo and is matured for three years in oak and two years in bottle.

La Réserve de Léoville-Barton 2021 Saint-Julien

Château Leoville-Barton is a 2nd Growth (2eme Cru) estate which lies within the iconic terroir of Saint Julien in the Médoc. It is now one of only two chateau's from the 1855 Classification of the Medoc that remains in the hands of the same family that owned it at the time it was classified.

La Reserve De Leoville Barton is the second-wine of Château Léoville-Barton and is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, left-bank Bordeaux-blend; matured in previously used oak barrels for 16-18 months.

Dolcetto is a red wine grape variety native to and widely grown in the Piedmont region known for its low acidity and soft fruit flavours.

The renowned Alsace wine region located in Eastern France, is home to aromatic white wines made from Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Sylvaner, Muscat d'Alsace and Pinot Gris. A small amount of red wine is also produced in the region, mostly from Pinot Noir grapes. The wines are permitted to be made in a dry or sweet style. The history of Alsace, flitting between French and German ownership for centuries, imparts itself within the region's wines - a cacophony of grapes native to both countries, ennobled and respected individually.

Gonzalez Byass \"Matusalem\" 30 Year Old Cream Sherry 37.5cl

Cream sherry is a sweetened blend of dry wine such as Oloroso with naturally sweet Pedro Ximénez, Moscatel or Amontillado sherries- produced originally for the British palate.

This sherry was produced by González Byass- one of Spain's most well-known sherry bodegas, and matured in a single oak barrel for 30 years prior to being bottled.

Graham's 1994 LBV Port

1994 Late Bottled Vintage Port from the renowned house of Graham's. Bottled in 1999.

Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) Port is a specific style of Ruby Port in which the fortified wine - from a single, specified vintage - is aged for an extended period of time before bottling.  Unlike Vintage Ports, LBV Ports do not continue to mature in the bottle.

Langenbach 'Pudding Wine' Auslese 2006 Rheinhessen 2x75cl

A sweet white wine from Germany's Rheinhessen wine-region, south-west of Frankfurt.

Auslese is a term used for a semi-sweet or sweet style of German wine, made from individually-selected bunches of very ripe grapes based on their ripeness level and sugar content, some of which have may have been affected by noble rot. The wines can also be made and labelled as Auslese Trocken, which indicates a dry style.

Classic Cabernet Sauvignon dominant Bordeaux-blend from the left-bank appellation of Saint Estèphe; This wine is aged for 12 French oak barrels.

La Moussière 'Alphonse Mellot' 2019 Sancerre Rouge

Pinot Noir from the iconic Loire Valley appellation of Sancerre.

The Sancerre wine region is located on the eastern side of France’s Loire Valley, in northwestern France, and wines from this region are commonly called Sancerre as well. Although famed for it's white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes which account for the majority of the region’s production, small amounts of red wine are also produced from 100% pinot noir. 

Le Prince De Courthezon 2017 Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Châteauneuf-du-Pape is one of France's iconic appellations.  Located in the Southern Rhône Valley, the appellation is most commonly known for its Grenache-dominant red wines with Syrah and Mourvèdre lead the cast of supporting grapes. White wines are also produced in exceedingly smaller volumes. 

Louis Jadot 1996 Rully

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian appellation of Rully.

Founded in 1859 in Beaune, Louis Jadot is one of the most prestigious vignerons in all of Burgundy. This wine was matured for 18 months in 1/3 new barrels from the Louis Jadot cooperage.

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian appellation of Marsannay.

Founded in 1859 in Beaune, Louis Jadot is one of the most prestigious vignerons in all of Burgundy. This wine was matured for 18 months in 1/3 new barrels from the Louis Jadot cooperage.

Les Arums de Lagrange 2016 Bordeaux Blanc

From the appellation of Saint-Julien, Château Lagrange is a 3rd Growth (3eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc.

First released in 1996, Les Arums de Lagrange is a white wine from the estate and one of the very first white wines in the Médoc to be vinified in barrel. The wine is made from a Sauvignon blanc dominant blend with Sémillon from the regional appellation of Bordeaux.

Today Château Lagrange is owned by the Japanese liquor giant Suntory. Confusingly there is an unrelated estate of the same name located in the appellation of Pomerol.
