Sauvignon Gris

Sauvignon Gris is a rare, pink-skinned mutation of Sauvignon Blanc, valued for its fuller body and aromatic depth. Primarily cultivated in France, Chile, and New Zealand, it exhibits flavours of stone fruit, citrus, and spice. With lower acidity than Sauvignon Blanc, it produces complex, well-structured wines.
