Chateaux Rothschild 1985 Pauillac 3x150cl Wooden Presentation Box

A smartly presented case of three 1985 vintage wines from Bordeaux.

  • Château Mouton-Rothschild 1985 Pauillac 1er-Cru 150cl

Elevated to 1st-Growth of the 1855 Classification of Medoc in 1973, Chateau Mouton-Rothschild is one of the great Bordeaux wine estates. This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, left-bank Bordeaux-blend; Matured in French Oak barrels for 18-22 months.

  • Château Clerc Milon 1985 Pauillac 5eme-Cru 150cl

Chateau Clerc Milon is a 5th Growth (5eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc.  Located between the renowned Chateaux Lafite-Rothschild and Mouton-Rothschild, Ch. Clerc Milon was purchased by the Rothschild (Mouton) family in 1970. This is a Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, left-bank Bordeaux-blend; matured in oak barrels for 16 to 18 months.

  • Château Mouton Baronne Philippe 1985 Pauillac 5eme-Cru 150cl

From the appellation of Pauillac, Chateau d'Armailhac is a 5th Growth (5eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc.  Historically named, among other names, Ch. Mouton Baronne Philippe, the chateau was purchased by the Rothschild (Mouton) family in 1934. This is a Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, left-bank Bordeaux-blend; Matured in French Oak barrels for approximately 14-16 months.

Our monthly auctions end from 7:00 PM (UK local time) on the closing date. If a bid is placed after 7:00 PM on any lot, the entire auction will be extended by an additional two minutes. 

The auction will end once all bidding has ceased for two minutes. Based on previous auction activity, the auction will continue for several hours and is most likely to finish between 9pm - 11pm (UK local time).
