Taylor's 'Scion' 1855 Tawny Port

Scion is an incredibly rare cask aged port which dates back to 1855 and has been maturing for a phenomenal 155 years- back to a time before Phylloxera arrived in the Douro Valley and destroyed the majority of its vineyards. Two casks had been passed down through generations of a renowned Douro family who had stored it in a wine lodge within the village of Prezegueda in the Corgo Valley. In 2009 the remaining family descendant and last owner of the port passed and the decision was made to sell the casks to Taylor's in January 2010.

Taylor's have described Scion as \"one of the oldest and rarest aged tawny ports ever sold and one of very few pre-Phylloxera wines from any vineyard region to reach us in perfect condition.\"

Tenuta San Guido 'Sassicaia' 2014 Bolgheri 6x75cl

First released with the 1968 vintage, Sassicaia is one of Italy's greatest and most iconic wines.  A \"Super-Tuscan\" by nature of being made from grape varieties not native to Tuscany, and which pays significant homage - and competition - to Bordeaux.

The wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend with Cabernet Franc; Matured for 20-25 months in French Oak barriques.

Bodegas y Viñedos 'Alión' 1998 Ribera Del Duero 12x75cl

100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) from the northern Spanish DO Ribera Del Duero; Matured in a combination of new and used French Oak barrels for 12-14 months.

The Alión winery was established in 1986 and was acquired in 1992 by the owners of the famed Vega Sicilia, the Álvarez family.

Vega Sicilia 'Unico' 1965 Ribera del Duero

Unico is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Tinto Fino (aka Tempranillo) from the Ribera Del Duero region in northwest Spain; matured in a combination of new and used oak barrels and in bottle for approximately 10 years - long exceeding the minimum requirements for the Gran Reserva classification.

This 1965 vintage also included Malbec which is no longer used in Unico. 

Vega Sicilia is one of Spain's most renowned wineries, responsible for three iconic wines: \"Unico\" Gran Reserva, \"Unico\" Reserva Especial and \"Valbuena\".

Bodega y Cavas de Weinert 'Estrella' Malbec 1977 Mendoza 2x75cl

Legendary 100% Malbec from the famed Mendoza Valley in Argentina.

Bodega y Cavas de Weinert was established in 1975 and is located in Lujan de Cuyo, Argentina. This iconic 1977 Estrella was only the second vintage produced at Weinert, and spent an incredibly 19 years in casks before being bottled. Estrella would not be made again until the 1994 vintage.

Black Stallion Estate 'Bucephalus' Red Blend 2010 Napa Valley 2x75cl

A Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend from California's renowned Napa Valley.

The Napa Valley wine region is arguably California's best known wine producing area, famed for its Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux-style blends. It was officially recognised for its high-quality wines and distinctive regional terroir when it became California’s first American Viticultural Area (AVA) in 1981. 

This 2010 vintage is made from a blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 3% Syrah and 1% Petit Verdot.

Vincent  Frères 1970 Echezeaux Grand-Cru 2x75cl

Famed Burgundian Pinot Noir the Grand Cru vineyard and appellation of Echézeaux.

Created in 1937, the Echézeaux Grand Cru appellation is located in the Côtes de Nuits between Clos de Vougeot, Chambolle Musigny and Vosne-Romanée with approximately 80 vineyard owners. Only red wines made from the Pinot Noir grape are permitted.

Taylor's 1948 Vintage Port

An incredibly old 1948 vintage Port from the renowned house of Taylor's.

Vintage Port is produced only in the most exceptional deemed years from a single harvest. The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2-3 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character. Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades. The decision to declare a vintage is made by the individual Port house. 

Taylor Fladgate & Yeatman, more commonly known as \"Taylor’s\" was founded in 1692 and is one of the largest, oldest and most well-known of all the founding Port houses with over three centuries of production.

Villa Cafaggio is a historic estate located in the hamlet of Greve in Chianti, in Panzano. The estate covers approximately 60 hectares, 30 of which are vineyards and around 3 hectares as olive groves.

Bibi Graetz 'Testamatta' 2016 Toscana 

Old vine, 100% Sangiovese from the Tuscan (Toscana) wine-region: matured for 20 months in old oak barriques. 

The Bibi Graetz winery was founded in 2000. Testamatta, which translates to \"crazy-head\" in Italian comes from the 35-50 years old vines of the Vincigliata, Olmo, Londa, Lamole, Montefili and Siena vineyards. 

Veuve Clicquot 'La Grande Dame' Brut 2012 Vintage Champagne / Yayoi Kusama

A limited edition 2012 Vintage Champagne from the famed House of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, made in collaboration with iconic Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. The label and box featuring her signature polka dot and floral motifs.

Created in tribute to Madame Clicquot, La Grande Dame is only developed in great vintages. This cuvee consists of eight Grands Crus, which are amongst the most prestigious in the Champagne region.

Founded in 1772 and based in Reims, Veuve is one of the largest and most renowned Champagne houses in the world. The company was purchased in 1986 by Louis Vuitton (now part of the LVMH group formed in 1987).

Bodegas Tradición 1970 Oloroso Sherry / bottled 2012

Sherry is exclusively produced in the region of Jerez, Spain. It is made from three traditional white wine grapes only. The Palomino grape is the most commonly used along with Moscatel and Pedro Ximenez

Oloroso Sherries are naturally dry, though the relatively high strength and full body of an Oloroso will give it an impression of roundness and even sweetness. Once opened it will begin to slowly lose some of its aroma and flavour but can be kept, corked and refrigerated, for up to two months after opening. The older the Oloroso, the longer it will stay perfect for consumption, as much as 12 months.

Tenuta Sette Ponti 'Oreno' 2016 Toscana 2x75cl

First created in 1999, Oreno is made from a blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot from the Italian region of Toscana (Tuscany): matured for 14-18 months in French oak barriques.

Villa Cafaggio 1999 Chianti Classico Riserva 6x75cl

Sangiovese dominant blend from the iconic wine-region of Chianti in the heart of Tuscany. Classed as a Chianti Classico Riserva, this wine must have been aged for a minimum of 24 months including 3 months of bottle ageing.

Chianti Classico wines must contain a minimum of 80% of Sangiovese. The remainder can be made from native grapes such as Canaiolo or Colorino, as well as international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Wines made only from Sangiovese have been permitted since 1996.

Bottega 'Gold' Brut 2021 Prosecco Treviso 6x75cl

2021 vintage Prosecco from the Prosecco Treviso DOC located in the Veneto region of Italy. 

Prosecco is an Italian wine region which belongs to the larger region of Veneto. It must be made from a minimum of 85% of the white wine grape, Glera- formerly known also as Prosecco. Prosecco is almost always made in sparkling (spumante) or semi-sparkling (frizzante) style but a still wine (tranquillo) is also permitted.

The Mascot 2012 Napa Valley

Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend from California's renowned Napa Valley.

Mascot is a small-production label founded by Will Harlan of the esteemed Napa Valley Harlan family. The wines under this label are made from the younger vines of Harlan Estate.

Torbreck 'RunRig' 2006 Barossa Valley

Northern-Rhone style blend of old vine Shiraz and Viognier from the renowned Barossa valley in South Australia.

Torbreck, named after a forest in Scotland, was founded in 1994 by Dave Powell and has quickly become one of the most revered producers in Australia creating wines from some of the most renowned vineyards in the area. The first wine made under the Torbreck label was the 1995 RunRig, which was released in 1997.

This 2006 vintage is made from a blend of 97% Shiraz and 3% Viognier amd matured for 30 months in new and old barriques. 

Torbreck 'RunRig' 2006 Barossa Valley

Northern-Rhone style blend of old vine Shiraz and Viognier from the renowned Barossa valley in South Australia.

Vilmart produce their Champagne from 11 hectares of their Premier Cru vineyard located in the Rilly-la-Montagne terroir.

The famed Champagne Wine Region located in the northeast of France is renowned for producing the world's most celebrated sparkling wine. Champagne is typically made from one or a combination of the three predominant grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, although there are four other lesser-known grape varieties that are permitted to be included: Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Petit Meslier and Arbane.
