A Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon dominance from California's renowned Napa Valley: matured for 18-24 months in 70-85% new French oak. 

Depending on the vintage, Quintessa may include a blend of some or all of the five varietals grown on the 280-acre site: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Carménère.

This is a 1.5 litre magnum bottle. Large-format bottles are great for extended ageing periods due to the wine's slower rate of maturation.

Le Petit Cheval is the 2nd wine from Château Cheval Blanc, a classified Premier Grand Cru Classé \"A\" and rightly considered an equal to the First Growth wines of the Medoc, Château Cheval Blanc is undisputedly the top wine estate in the appellation of Saint-Emilion. In 2021 Château Cheval Blanc voluntary withdrew from the official Saint-Émilion classification system as they did not agree with the new classification specifications

A Cabernet Franc dominant, right-bank Bordeaux-blend; Matured for 12 months in 100% new oak barrels. 

This 1999 vintage is made from a blend of; 63% Cabernet Franc and 37% Merlot.

Pinot Noir from the Premier Cru vineyard of Les Suchots in the Burgundian appellation of Vosne-Romanée.

Founded in 1859 in Beaune, Louis Jadot is one of the most prestigious vignerons in all of Burgundy. This wine was matured for 18 months in 1/3 new barrels from the Louis Jadot cooperage.

The renowned Vosne-Romanée appellation is located in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits and famed for it's high quality wines made from Pinot Noir. Though most wines produced are 100% Pinot Noir, regulations allow for the addition of up to 15% of the white wine grapes Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris to be included, however this is rarely utilised by producers. Originally called Vosne until 1866 when Romanée was added paying homage to it's most famed vineyard- La Romanée. The area is also home to other prized Premier and Grand Cru vineyards: Romanée-Conti, La Grand Rue, La Tâche, Richebourg and Romanée-Saint-Vivant.

Chardonnay from the renowned Grand Cru vineyard of Grenouilles, within the iconic French appellation of Chablis: matured for 14 on on fine lees in tuns and barrels. 

Chablis is located in northern Burgundy and is one of the most well-known wine regions in France producing world renowned cool-climate Chardonnay. Compared to other Burgundian Chardonnays, Chablis wines typically have little or no oak influence- though many of the Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines receive some maturation in oak barrels.

The Grenouilles vineyard is the smallest climat in the Chablis Grand Cru appellation, covering less than 10 hectares.
