Krug 'Private Cuvee' Brut 1937 Vintage Champagne

An incredibly old 1937 vintage champagne from the renowned house of Krug.

Krug is part of the wider Moët Hennessy group of companies. While the house is headquartered in Reims, a new winery is being developed at the Clos d'Ambonnay site and is due to open in 2023. Although no longer owned by the Krugs, the family is still heavily involved with sixth-generation Olivier Krug Director of the House today.

Opus One 1993 Napa Valley

Cabernet Sauvignon dominant Meritage (Californian Bordeaux-style blend); Matured for approximately 18 months in French Oak.

The Opus One winery was founded in 1978 in Oakville, California as a partnership between Baron Philippe De Rothschild of Bordeaux, and Napa Valley's own wine-making legend, Robert Mondavi. These renowned Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, Bordeaux-style blends were originally called Napamedoc until 1982 when they were re-named Opus One.

Isole e Olena Vin Santo 1995 Toscana 37.5cl

Vin Santo is a traditional sweet wine from the Italian region of Tuscany.  Typically, the wine will be made from the white grapes of the Trebbiano and/or Malvasia varieties, dried on straw mats to concentrate the natural flavours and grape sugars, then pressed and partially fermented with moderate to high residual sugars.

Vino Santo may vary in colour from a pale to gold, dark amber to even neon orange.
