Vinsanto from the Greek island of Santorini is a naturally sweet white wine made from sun-dried grapes and without the addition of any added sugar or alcohol, aged for at least 2 years in oak barrels. Vinsanto is a protected name, meaning it can only be produced in the specific region of Santorini. These ancient and distinctive dessert wines have been produced for centuries.
This wine is made from a blend of 80% Assyrtiko and 20% Aidani grapes and has been aged in oak barrels for 16 years.
