At Wine Auctioneer, we are continually making updates to provide you with the latest features, improvements and developments to improve your experience with us.
Our brand-new website is packed with exciting improvements designed to make your experience better than ever. From smoother navigation to powerful new features, we’ve made big changes.

New improvements to our Auctions
We have introduced a new Auction Overview page for each and every upcoming auction. Keep an eye on these as the date nears for a preview of highlights in upcoming auctions.
We're excited to introduce a host of new symbols to help you quickly identify attributes on specific lots that might interest you. These include things such as if it is a single-vineyard wine, from an organic or biodynamic vineyard or an iconic vintage.
We've made improvements to our individual lot pages to provide you with more detail and insight than ever. This includes highlighting key product details and unique attributes via icons, price history charts (for the last 12-months) and a new lot condition graphic to highlight and present the condition of lots clearly.
You can now place bids directly from your personal profile, select different views such as list or grid view and we've added more interactions to make bidding on your favourite wines at Wine Auctioneer even easier and more enjoyable.
New improvements to your Personal Profile
We've replaced the dashboard with our new Profile area making it easier for you to manage your account. Read our dedicated user guide introducing your Personal Profile.
From here, you can complete key profile steps such as account verification and search through a saved history of your buying and selling activity - including searches you have saved and bottles you have been watching in previous auctions.
If you're selling with us, we've improved the user interface and interactions in your Selling area to manage your options on unsold lots. If you buy in our auctions, we've enhanced order management features such as the ability to request your own shipment of stored orders and manage payments.
When you log in to your Wine Auctioneer account, you will now see a five-step process to complete your Personal Profile to ensure you're set up for the best possible experience with us. This includes new optional security options for your account such as two-factor authentication.
New improvements to Checkout
We've made some huge changes to our cart and checkout to make the final stages of your experience with us more straight-forward. We've introduced new features such as saved addresses, improved the user interface and made key improvements to the payment flow (more on these below).
You can now choose to combine stored lots with your order during checkout. If you have stored lots with us, you'll be given the option at checkout after the auction to select individual stored bottles and include them in your shipment.
At checkout, you now have the option to save multiple payment details / options for a faster, more convenient experience.
Within your Personal Profile, you can save multiple addresses, which can be selected or newly created during checkout.
We've introduced a clear and transparent right-hand panel at checkout, breaking down fees such as hammer price, commission, shipping, and VAT, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
New feature: Collections
Welcome to My Collection - your personalised space to add, manage, and track the bottles you own. Explore our extensive database, add bottles to your collection, and keep tabs on your growing wine collection.
We're really excited about this new addition and there's a lot to cover about how it's been designed to support and empower your wine collecting journey, so we’ve created a guide dedicated to this feature.
New improvements across the Site
We've refreshed the look of our News section to make it easier to navigate and find the articles that interest you the most. You can filter by categories of articles or contributors and find similar article recommendations.
We have introduced a brand-new Explore section to our website - making it more accessible for you to learn about the world of fine wine. This section is still in development and will evolve over time to include detailed content on your favourite producers, brands, grape varietals and more.
