Château Pavie 2000 Saint-Emilion 1er-Grand-Cru
Merlot dominant blend from the renowned Chateau Pavie, which was classified in 2012 in the first rank of the Classification of Saint-Émilion wine, as a Premier Grand Cru Classé "A" estate, after having previously been a Premier Grand Cru Classé "B" since 1954.
Pavie's wines are a blend of 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon aged for up to 24 months in new oak barrels.
