Sarget De Gruaud-Larose 1992 St-Julien 3x75cl
Named after one of the families who previously owned the estate, Sarget De Gruaud-Larose is the second wine from the 2nd-Growth (2eme-Cru) Saint-Julien estate, Chateau Gruaud-Larose.
Sarget tends to be a Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend (~60%), with Merlot (~30%), Cabernet Franc and smaller volumes of Petit Verdot; matured in French Oak barrels (10% new) for 12-14 months.
