The autonomous and pioneering appellation of Minervois-La-Liviniere in the South of France, is highly regarded as having the potential to become one of the superstar appellations of the Languedoc.
"Domus Maximus" is a blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache; matured for 20 months in new oak barrels.
