Penfolds Grange Hermitage 1975 Barossa

Penfolds is one of Australia's great iconic wineries.  Since 1952, Penfolds have released their flagship wine "Grange Hermitage", or simply "Grange" since the 1990s, to rival the best wines of Europe.  The wine itself is always dominated by Shiraz, with small quantities of other grapes blended variously in different years, and styled to benefit from significantly extended periods of bottle maturation.

This 1975 vintage is a blend of; 90% Shiraz and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
