E.Reverchon Auslese 1969 Mosel 2x35cl

Sweet Riesling from Germany's famous Mosel river valley.

The Mosel (aka Moselle) River begins in France and flows into Germany. The Mosel region also includes the Saar and Ruwer tributaries, and was formerly known as Mosel-Saar-Ruwer until August 2007. It is considered the oldest and most renowned of the 13 official wine regions in Germany. Riesling is king here and accounts for over 60% of the land under vine although other grapes such as Elbling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Kerner, and Auxerrois are also cultivated.

Auslese is typically a medium-sweet style of German wine, made from late-harvested grapes.

Please note that there shall be a shipping charge for 2 bottles applied to this lot.
