Sweet dessert wine made from 100% Monastrell (aka Mourvedre) from the sub-region Jumilla in the Murcia region of Spain.
"We allow the oldest vines of the estate to retain their fruit late into the autumn each year. Once the grapes begin to raisin, they can reach astonishing levels of richness. When everything works perfectly, perhaps 5-6 years per decade, we are able to make our signature dessert wine."
