Numanthia 2014 Toro

The estates signature wine made from old-vine Tinta De Toro (aka Tempranillo) from the Toro region in north-western Spain, matured for a period of 18 months in French oak.

Bodega Numanthia  is credited with playing a key role bringing the Toro region into the international spotlight. The Estate’s Tinta de Toro vines are among the world’s oldest and range from ages 30 to 200 years old. These pre-phylloxera vineyards of ungrafted vines have miraculously survived decades of climatic extremes.
