Domaine Dujac 2013 Bonnes-Mares Grand-Cru
Pinot Noir from the Burgundian appellation and Grand Cru vineyard of Bonnes-Mares. Aged for approx. 18 months in French barrique, 60-85% new.
Domaine Dujac was established by Jacques Seysses after acquiring Domaine Graillet in 1967. The domaine has been run by the Seysses family ever since and Jacques is still involved in its operation to this day. In 1998, Jacques’ son, Jeremy began working at the estate and is now in charge of day-to-day management. His wife Diana joined in 2001, followed by his brother Alec in 2003, and together they have continued to develop the estate’s fine reputation. Today, Dujac's holdings have expanded beyond Morey-Saint-Denis and include Premier Cru vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet for white wine production – all of which were certified organic by 2012.
