From the Pauillac appellation, Chateau Pichon-Baron (formerly, Chateau Pichon-Longueville au Baron de Pichon-Longueville) is a 2nd Growth (2eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc, and is frequently referred to as one of the leading "Super Seconds" - 2nd Growth wines of quality comparable to the 1st Growths.
Classic Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, left-bank Bordeaux-blend; Matured in French Oak barrels for approximately 18 months.
