E.Guigal "La Mouline" 1997 Côte Rôtie
AOP Côte Rôtie is one of the most iconic appellations in the Rhône Valley. The wine is a blend of Syrah (typically about 95%) and very small quantity of the white grape, Viognier.
The famed producer, Guigal, releases various single-vineyard wines comprising different blend-ratios, some entirely composed of Syrah grapes; "La Mouline" features 89% Syrah & 11% Viognier, matured in new oak for 42 months prior to bottling.
We can assure that this bottle has come from a wine-specific temperature-controlled storage environment.
This bottle is in excellent condition: label & foil/wax seal intact; cork/closure secure, no leakage.
We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.
Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit or otherwise spoilage of contents.
