Domaine Zind Humbrecht "Rangen De Thann" Tokay-Pinot Gris 1989 Alsace Grand Cru 12x75cl
The history of Alsace, flitting between French and German ownership for centuries, imparts itself within the region's wines - a cacophony of grapes native to both countries, ennobled and respected individually, and produced in a common aromatic style.
This wine is a blend of Tokay and Pinot Gris grapes from the specific parcel of Clos Saint-Urbain within - as many critics acclaim - Alsace's single greatest Grand Cru vineyard, Rangen De Thann.
Please note that there shall be a shipping charge for 12 bottles applied to this lot.
These bottles are in excellent condition: label & foil/wax seal intact; cork/closure secure, no leakage.
Removed from a purpose-built, temperature and humidity controlled wine cellar.
We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.
Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit or otherwise spoilage of contents.
