Chateau Palmer, from the appellation of Margaux, was ranked as a 3rd-Growth (3eme-Cru) Grand Cru estate in the famed 1855 Classification of the Medoc.
This 1962 vintage bears a non-official label, for the Belgian wine-merchant, negociant and distribution company of H. Grafe Lecocq & Fils, of Namur (founded in 1879).
