Valdespino "El Candado" Pedro Ximenez Sherry
Pedro Ximinez sherry is produced from both the Pedro Ximenez and Moscatel grapes, picked late at fully concentrated sugar ripeness, part-fermented before fortification with grape-spirit and maturation in the traditional solera and criaderas system. The result is a seriously dark, seriously sweet sherry of sheer decadence.
