Chateau Mouton-Rothschild 2007 Pauillac 1er-Cru 6x75cl / OWC
Classic Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, left-bank Bordeaux-blend; Matured in new French Oak barrels for 18-22 months.
Chateau Mouton-Rothschild is one of the great Bordeaux wine estates and one of the most famous anywhere in the world.
Originally known as Château Brane-Mouton and renamed to Château Mouton Rothschild in 1853, the estate was listed as only a 2nd-Growth in the famed 1855 Classification of Medoc seen by many as an injustice. Mouton was later elevated to 1st-Growth of the 1855 Classification of Medoc in 1973, the only change ever to be made to the 1855 Classification.
These 6 bottles - from the exceptional 2007 vintage - are complete with their original wooden case.
