"Le Petit Mouton" is the second wine from the 1st-Growth (1er-Cru) Pauillac estate, Chateau Mouton-Rothschild.
The wine is a classic Bordeaux-blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and/or Cabernet Franc - sourced from younger vines than used in their grand vin; matured in oak barrels for an undisclosed period of time.
