From the famed Bordeaux appellation of Pauillac, Chateau d'Armailhac is a 5th Growth (5eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc. Historically named Chateau Mouton-d'Armailhac, Ch. d'Armailhac was purchased by the Rothschild (Mouton) family in 1934.
Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, left-bank Bordeaux-blend; Matured in French Oak barrels for approximately 14-16 months.
